Who is MBL Brands?
MBL Brands Pty Ltd is an Australian company that owns three consumer brands sold on Amazon in the USA: Coffee Armada, Küche Chef and SOHO Athletica.
Do you work with manufacturers outside Australia?
Yes. We work with manufacturers outside Australia and the USA, including in China.
Where do your products sell?
On Amazon in the USA. Each brand also has its own website for product information.
Who will I talk to?
You talk to the company director, by email, from the first enquiry to repeat orders.
Orders and payment
What minimum order quantity do you need?
It depends on the product. Tell us your MOQ in your enquiry and we will tell you if it suits us.
Which currency do you pay in?
We pay in USD. Payment terms are agreed in writing before the first order.
How do repeat orders work?
After a successful trial order, we reorder against a sales forecast, on the payment terms we agree.
Quality and compliance
What quality do you expect?
Every batch must match the approved sample. We check the quality of each delivery when it arrives.
Which test reports do you need?
It depends on the product. Products that touch food need food-contact test reports, and products worn on the skin need skin-contact test reports. Tell us which reports you can supply.
Can you print our packaging?
We look for suppliers who can print our own-brand packaging, inserts and labels. Tell us if you can, or if you work with a printer who can.
Samples, shipping and logistics
Do you ask for samples?
Yes. We ask for samples and a written quote before any order, and we test the samples in use.
Where do goods ship to?
To the USA. Goods must be packed and labelled for US import and for Amazon warehouses.
